a wonderful getaway
tropical garden effective air-con great location
i stayed in a bungalow nestled within a beautiful tropical garden. the air conditioning worked very well. the location was great.. shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. wang amat beach was a pleasant 15 minute walk.
I found quite a few mosquitoes. I recommend bringing repellent.

the hotel restaurant features a wide variety of dishes with many options. i found the food to be delicious and fresh ingredients are used. service was attentive and quick.

the pool area has comfortable loungers and shaded sections perfect for relaxation. the hotel provides easy access to terminal 21.. it is only a short walk away. wang amat beach is easily accessible.

adequate stay with some issues
faulty lock old room
the pool was a nice feature, a short walk from the main street.
Our room door didn't lock from the inside properly, it only had a chain bolt, a safety concern. the wind blew the door open one night. I had to use chairs to block it. the room felt old and needed some maintenance.

Excellent Stay in a Tropical Oasis!
green dream helpful staff
The location is fantastic. The resort is a green dream right in the heart of everything. They stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, very helpful. I found the staff to be friendly. They tried hard with communication, even though English was a little difficult for some.
Mosquitoes were abundant, despite the hotel providing repellent everywhere. I wish there were more effective solutions when eating outside.

The room was clean and of good size with a fridge. Housekeeping was available if needed. I also appreciated that the safe was located at the office desk and came with a personal key.

The staff was always happy to assist in any way they could. I found them fantastic and helpful. The pool bar offers excellent service. I am very grateful for their kindness!!!
